Rock in Album Draft

Rock spins mix stadium anthems with album tracks that never charted high. Rock fills the Opener slot, and its biggest songs can lead or close an album.

Which slots Rock fills

• The Opener (track 1): it counts as up-tempo.
• Lead Single (track 3) and The Closer (track 12) want your biggest songs, whatever the genre. 15 Rock songs qualify.
• Deep Cut (track 9) wants your smallest song. 15 Rock songs qualify.

Albums score higher when they use fewer genres and more decades, so Rock works best as one of two or three genres spread across several eras. How scoring works.
