Jazz in Album Draft

Jazz is soft and rarely troubles the singles chart, so it is the purest Deep Cut genre in the game. Use it at track 9, not track 3.

Which slots Jazz fills

• The Ballad (track 6): it counts as a softer genre.
• Lead Single (track 3) and The Closer (track 12) want your biggest songs, whatever the genre. 2 Jazz songs qualify.
• Deep Cut (track 9) wants your smallest song. 40 Jazz songs qualify.

Albums score higher when they use fewer genres and more decades, so Jazz works best as one of two or three genres spread across several eras. How scoring works.
