Album Draft is free, provided as it is, and made for entertainment. Using it means accepting the following.
This matters more than anything else here. When the game tells you a track reached number one, that is the output of a model we wrote. It is not real chart history and it is not a claim about what any song actually achieved. The model is built from our own judgement of how big each song was, plus how well your album holds together, plus deliberate randomness. Do not cite it as a fact about music.
Every song in the library carries a "power" number that we assigned. It reflects one person's view of how big that record was, which is not the same as its chart peak, its sales, or its artistic merit. Reasonable people will disagree, and we would rather hear about it than not. See Contact.
You may play it, share your results, and send links to other people. Please do not:
Song titles, artist names and recordings belong to the artists, writers, labels and publishers who own them. Album Draft claims no ownership of any of it. The game hosts no audio: previews are streamed by Apple and links point at the services that are licensed to play the full tracks. No album artwork is used.

The listen links go to Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Their terms apply once you arrive.
The game is provided "as is". It may contain errors, be unavailable at times, or be changed or withdrawn without notice. We do not promise it will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use the game. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Because the game is free and collects nothing, the realistic exposure here is close to zero for both of us.
