Corrections, missing songs, bugs, rights requests and licensing.
One address, read by a person.
Expect a reply within a few days. It is one person, not a support desk.
If you are an artist, label, publisher or rights holder and you want something changed or removed, email the address above with "Rights" in the subject line. Say what the material is and what you would like done. These get priority and are acted on quickly, without argument.
For context on what the game actually uses: it stores song titles, artist names and release years as text; it hosts no audio and uses no album artwork; thirty-second previews are streamed directly by Apple under Apple's own terms; and all chart positions shown are simulated rather than real.
The most useful email you can send. If a year is wrong, a genre is misfiled, or a song is rated absurdly, say so and it gets fixed. Include the song and artist and what is wrong.
Suggestions for songs, artists or whole genres that should be in the game are genuinely welcome. Tell us what is missing and, if you can, roughly how big you think it was.
Useful things to include: what you were doing, what happened, your browser, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. A screenshot helps more than a description.
If you run a radio station, festival, label or publication and want a branded version of this built around your own catalogue or line-up, that is something we do. Same address, "Licensing" in the subject.
Same address. The share card image and a description of how the game works are available on request.
Emails you send are used to answer you and nothing else. They are not added to any list, because there is no list. See Privacy.
